The invention discloses a flare boom prefabrication, trial-assembly and shipment process which comprises the following steps of laterally building a flare boom, and prefabricating and installing accessory structures at low positions; when hoisting the flare boom, turning over the flare boom by 90 degrees to a flat lying state so as to meet a trial-assembly working condition; after finishing the trial assembly of the flare boom, directly locating on shipment supports on a prefabrication site; welding shipment support top beams, fixing the shipment supports and the flare boom, and using invertedchains for fixing the flare boom so as to prevent the flare boom from toppling and falling; after a transport ship is in place, simultaneously hoisting through the flare boom and the shipment supports, and locating on a ship deck position; and welding the shipment supports and the transport ship deck, so that the flare boom shipment and transportation demands are met. According to the process provided by the invention, the hoisting time is greatly shortened, the resource utilization rate and the safety are improved, the construction can be carried out conveniently and simply, the constructionperiod is saved, and the construction cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种火炬臂的预制、试装以及装船工艺,包括步骤如下:火炬臂侧向建造,附属结构低位预制安装;火炬臂吊装时,火炬臂翻身90度的平躺状态,以满足试装工况;火炬臂试装完成后,直接就位于预制场地的装船支撑上;焊接装船支撑顶部梁,使装船支撑与火炬臂固定,使用倒链固定火炬臂防止其倾倒;运输船到位后,火炬臂与装船支撑同时吊装就位于船甲板位置;装船支撑与运输船甲板焊接,满足火炬臂装船运输需求。本发明的工艺大大缩短了吊装时间,提高了资源利用率和安全性,施工方便简单,节约工期,降低建造成本。
