The invention relates to a payload admission authentication method for a long-life manned spacecraft, and the method comprises the steps: a, determining admission authentication items to be carried out according to the type of an interface between the long-life manned spacecraft and a payload; b, determining specific authentication content of each admission authentication item; c, determining an implementation mode of admission authentication; d, determining the payload range of each admission authentication item according to the admission authentication items and the content of the admissionauthentication items; e, determining stages of carrying out the payload admission authentication on the long-life manned spacecraft and admission authentication items of each stage; and f, determininga payload admission authentication workflow of the long-life manned spacecraft. According to the payload admission authentication method for the long-life manned spacecraft, the interface between theplatform of the long-life manned spacecraft and the payload can be effectively controlled, the safety of the platform of the long-life manned spacecraft and astronauts is guaranteed, and smooth implementation of on-orbit actual (trial) tests of the payload is guaranteed.
