The invention provides an unmanned aerial vehicle precise seed distribution device. The device comprises a seed bin connector, a quantitative separator and a control system bin, wherein the seed bin connector is connected with a bin outlet of the unmanned aerial vehicle seed bin in a fastened mode such that seeds in the unmanned aerial vehicle seed bin slide into the seed bin connector under the action of gravity; a separator shell is mounted at the bottom of the seed bin connector; the quantitative separator is rotationally mounted on the separator shell and corresponds to an input hole formed in the seed bin connector such that the seeds flow into the quantitative separator through the input hole to be quantitatively separated; a driving device in transmission connection with the quantitative separator is further mounted on the separator shell; the control system bin is connected with the seed bin connector, and the rotating speed of the quantitative separator is adjusted by controlling the driving device.
