The invention belongs to the technical field of steering engines, and particularly relates to a heterogeneous series-connection type dual-redundancy steering engine which comprises an electromechanical actuator composed of a first motor, a speed reducer, a shell, a front end cover, a transmission gear, a bearing, a ball screw pair, a sliding block, an electromagnetic band-type brake, a guide rod,a barrel-type push rod and a rear end cover, and an electro-hydraulic actuator composed of a second motor, a bidirectional constant displacement pump, a valve block, a cartridge valve, an energy accumulator, a hydraulic cylinder and an external oil pipe, wherein the barrel-type push rod and the hydraulic cylinder are coaxially installed through a flange plate. During work, the rotating motion of the lead screw is converted into the linear motion of the barrel-type push rod, the electro-hydraulic actuating unit is driven to do overall linear motion, and meanwhile the piston rod can do linear motion relative to the cylinder barrel. The two units form systems by themselves and can work in cooperation at the same time or work independently, and electrical dual redundancy and mechanical structure dual redundancy are achieved. Two different kinds of actuators are adopted, the fault probability of the steering engine can be reduced to a great extent, and the steering engine has the advantagesof being simple in structure and high in reliability.

    本发明属于舵机技术领域,具体涉及一种异构串联型双余度舵机。包括第一电机、减速器、壳体、前端盖、传动齿轮、轴承、滚珠丝杠副、滑块、电磁抱闸器、导向杆、筒式推杆、后端盖组成的机电作动器及第二电机、双向定量泵、阀块、插装阀、蓄能器、液压缸、外部油管组成的电液作动器。其中筒式推杆和液压缸通过法兰盘同轴安装,工作时由丝杠旋转运动转换为筒式推杆的直线运动,带动电液作动单元整体直线运动,同时活塞杆又可相对缸筒直线运动。两单元自成系统,可同时配合工作或各自单独工作,实现了电气双余度和机械结构双余度。本发明采用两种不同种类作动器,能很大程度上降低舵机发生故障的概率,具有结构简单、可靠性高的优点。
