The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle brake control, and discloses a manual transmission vehicle slope starting auxiliary device, a manual transmission vehicle and a slope starting auxiliary method. The slope starting auxiliary device comprises an ABS wheel speed sensor, a slope starting auxiliary switch, a CAN bus, an ASR electromagnetic valve and an ABS electromagnetic valve. The ASR electromagnetic valve is used for actively applying braking pressure P1. The ABS electromagnetic valve adjusts the brake pressure P1 to release the brake pressure P1 in a gradient manner when the output torque T3 of an engine is greater than or equal to the resistance torque T < resistance > applied to the vehicle downwards along the slope. According to the invention, the ABS electromagnetic valve and the ASR electromagnetic valve are arranged; when the slope starting function is activated, the ASR electromagnetic valve applies braking pressure to the vehicle; when the output torque ofthe engine is increased to be larger than or equal to the resistance torque T < resistance > downwards along the slope borne by the vehicle, the ABS electromagnetic valve conducts gradient adjustmenton the braking pressure, the slope coasting risk generated when the output torque of the engine is smaller than the resistance torque T < resistance > downwards along the slope borne by the vehicle isavoided, and automatic control over slope starting of the manual transmission commercial vehicle is achieved.
