The invention relates to an off-road vehicle light-weight I-shaped upper control arm structure, which comprises a control arm body integrally formed. The vertical section of the control arm body is ofan I-shaped structure, the I-shaped structure enables the upper surface and the lower surface of the control arm body to form groove structures respectively, the control arm body is integrally formed, the development cost of a mold, a clamp and a checking tool is reduced, manufacturing procedures are reduced, the labor cost is saved due to reduction of the procedures, and the economic performanceis improved; and the I-shaped cross section reduces the weight of the control arm body.
