The invention particularly relates to a bridge overweight detection system. The system comprises a vehicle weight acquisition unit, an A/D conversion module, a central processing unit, a display module, a relay and an electric entrance guard rail. The vehicle weight acquisition unit is used for acquiring a weight signal of a vehicle, and transmitting an acquired weight signal to the A/D conversionmodule. The A/D conversion module is used for carrying out analog-to-digital conversion on collected weight signals and transmitting the converted weight signals to the central processing unit. The display module is connected with the central processing unit and used for displaying the collected weight signals, and the central processing unit controls opening of the electric entrance guard railing through the relay. According to the system, the weight of the vehicle can be detected, and when the weight of the vehicle does not exceed a set value, the electric entrance guard railing is automatically opened, so that a very good overload prevention effect is achieved.

    本发明具体涉及一种桥梁超重检测系统,包括车辆重量采集单元、A/D转换模块、中央处理器、显示模块、继电器和电动门禁栏杆,所述车辆重量采集单元用于采集车辆的重量信号,并将采集的重量信号传输至A/D转换模块,所述A/D转换模块用于对采集的重量信号进行模数转换,并将转换后的重量信号传输至中央处理器,所述显示模块与中央处理器连接用于对采集的重量信号进行显示,所述中央处理器通过继电器控制电动门禁栏杆的开启。该系统能够实现对车辆重量的检测,并当车辆重量未超过设定值时,自动开启电动门禁栏杆,从而起到了很好的预防超载效果。
