The invention discloses an auxiliary device for hoisting a large-sized steel rack structure. The problem is solved that in the prior art, when a single hoisting device is adopted for hoisting a rack division unit, the situation easily occurs that since the rack structure is unstable during hoisting, the collapse accident is caused. The auxiliary device comprises a frame of a square structure. Eachcorner of the frame is provided with a top face lifting lug and two side face lifting lugs, the top face lifting lugs are located on the top faces of the corners of the frame, and every two side lifting lugs are located on the two outer side faces of the corresponding corner of the frame respectively. The auxiliary device is simple in structure, scientific and reasonable in design and convenientto use, when a single hoisting device is adopted for hoisting the rack division unit, it can be effectively guaranteed that the rack structure is stably hoisted, and the collapse accident caused by unstability of the rack structure during hoisting is avoided.
本发明公开了一种大型钢网架结构吊装用辅助装置,解决现有技术采用单台起重设备对网架分块单元吊装时容易因起吊时网架结构失稳而出现垮塌事故的问题。本发明包括呈方形结构的框架,所述框架的每一个角部均设有一个顶面吊耳和两个侧面吊耳,所述顶面吊耳位于框架角部的顶面,两个所述侧面吊耳分别位于框架角部的两外侧面。本发明结构简单、设计科学合理,使用方便,采用单台起重设备对网架分块单元吊装时可有效保证网架结构平稳吊装,避免因起吊时网架结构失稳而出现垮塌事故。
