The invention provides a non-metal rack for a locomotive cooling tower. The non-metal rack comprises a non-metal rack body, an auxiliary oil tank and an access door and is characterized in that the auxiliary oil tank is connected with the non-metal rack body through bolts in a gluing manner, the non-metal rack body comprises a non-metal rack shell, a connecting base, an air duct, a partition plateand a flow guide plate, the air duct, the partition plate and the flow guide plate are made of carbon fiber composite materials, four air ducts are bonded at the top and are used for mounting a fan,the flow guide plate is connected with the non-metal rack shell in a bonding mode, a flow field is stable through the flow guide plate, eddy noise is reduced, and thereby a noise reduction purpose isachieved, the non-metal rack body adopts a carbon-glass composite sandwich structure, and a mounting interface is exposed below the non-metal rack body, so later mounting is facilitated. The non-metalmaterial is applied to the rack so that a cooling tower achieves the effects of weight reduction and noise reduction.

    本发明提供一种机车冷却塔用非金属机架,包括非金属机架主体、副油箱和检修门三个部分,副油箱通过螺栓和胶接的方式与非金属机架主体连接;非金属机架主体包括非金属机架外壳,连接座、风筒、隔板和导流板,风筒、隔板和导流板采用碳纤维复合材料;顶部粘接四个风筒,用来安装风机;导流板采用粘接的方式与非金属机架外壳连接,导流板使流场稳定,降低涡流噪声从而实现降噪目;非金属机架主体采用的碳玻复合夹心结构,非金属机架主体下方将安装接口进行外露处理,便于后期安装。非金属材料运用在机架上使冷却塔实现减重和降噪的作用。
