The invention relates to a traffic guidance method, a traffic guidance terminal and a robot. The traffic guidance method comprises the steps of: receiving at least one round of voice input informationinput by a user, and furthermore, outputting at least one round of voice output information according to the at least one round of voice input information; analyzing the at least one round of voice input information and the at least one round of voice output information, so that a navigation starting place and a navigation destination are obtained; obtaining the biologic characteristic information of the user; performing route planning according to the real road condition from the navigation starting place to the navigation destination and the biologic characteristic information of the user,so that a navigation route is obtained; and, broadcasting the navigation route through voice. According to the traffic guidance method, the traffic guidance terminal and the robot in the invention, after the navigation starting place and the navigation destination are obtained by analyzing the at least one round of voice input information and the at least one round of voice output information, route planning is carried out according to the real road condition from the navigation starting place to the navigation destination and the biologic characteristic information of the user; operation is simple; furthermore, the personalized navigation service can be provided according to the biologic characteristic of the user; and the user experience is good.
