The invention discloses an anhydrous vehicle washing liquid and a preparation method thereof. The anhydrous vehicle washing liquid is composed of the following raw materials in percentages by weight:10-26% of a paint film protective agent, 1-6% of a paint film protective auxiliary agent, 10-40% of a surfactant, 2-8% of a cosurfactant, 0.5-1% of an essence, 0.01-0.5% of a pigment, 1-7% of a dopednanometer metal oxide and 0.2-3% of a thickener, with the balance being deionized water. According to the invention, a fluorine compound is selected as the paint film protective agent to cooperate with the paint film protective auxiliary agent, and a paint surface protective layer is formed under the action of doped metal oxide nanoparticles, so the scratch resistance of a vehicle paint is improved; and novel cosurfactants like an acrylamide silane copolymer greatly enhance the decontamination capability, and especially have excellent decontamination effect on organic attachments (like bird droppings). The anhydrous vehicle washing liquid provided by the invention meets the requirements of cleanness, greenness, no pollution and zero emission, and provides a new thought for vehicle cleaning.
本发明公开了一种无水洗车液及其制备方法。该无水洗车液由下列重量百分含量的原料组成:漆膜保护剂10‑26%、漆膜保护助剂1‑6%、表面活性剂10‑40%、助表面活性剂2‑8%、香精0.5‑1%、色素0.01‑0.5%、掺杂纳米金属氧化物1‑7%、增稠剂0.2‑3%,余量为去离子水。本发明选用氟化合物作为漆膜保护剂与漆膜保护助剂协同作用,掺杂金属氧化物纳米颗粒的作用下,形成漆面保护层,提高车漆耐刮伤能力;丙烯酰胺硅烷共聚体等新型助表面活性剂大大提高了除污能力,特别是对有机附着物(如鸟粪等)具有极佳的除污作用。该发明满足了清洁、绿色、无污染、0排放的要求,为车辆清洗提供了新的思路。
