Guide rails are arranged in the middles of two opposite sides of an elevator shaft; two outside pulleys of alift car are arranged on the guide rails; a safety door and a lifting displayer are respectively arranged on one side and the inner part of the lift car; a weighing instrument is arranged on the bottom part of the lift car; and a lift car lifting device is arranged between the lift car and the elevator shaft, and comprises a flat constant liquid bag, a flat constant liquid corrugated conduit, a conduit valve, a hydraulic controlled flat constant box, a magnetic suspension thrust drive machine, a chain, a chain connecting device and a chain wheel. The photovoltaic magnetic suspension energy-saving safety elevator provided by the invention has the advantages that a large number of transmission devices of intermediate transmission mechanisms are saved, and a composite structure formed by communicating the flat constant liquid bag and a flat constant liquid box on the bottom part of the lift car and the flat constant liquid corrugated conduit utilizes a relative flat constant principle offlat constant wood, so that the system reaction speed is accelerated.
