The invention discloses an anti-derailing device of a derailer. The device comprises a derailer base, a derailer curved surface rib plate and a derailer head, wherein a section of derailer guide rib plate is arranged on the upper end surface of the derailer curved surface rib plate; a section of derailer curved surface reinforcing rib is arranged on the lower end surface; the derailer guide rib plate is connected with the derailer base in an inserted mode; the head end of the derailer curved surface rib plate is connected with the derailer head; the derailer curved surface reinforcing rib is connected with an anti-derailing assembly; the anti-derailing assembly comprises a fixed supporting piece, a check block and a switching block; the fixed supporting piece is hinged to the derailer curved surface reinforcing rib; the check block is hinged to the fixed supporting piece; and the switching block is hinged to the check block. The device is ingenious in design thought, simple, reasonable, high in practicability, high in anti-falling reliability coefficient and good in effect, and is mainly applied to the technical field of railway line maintenance safety devices.

    本发明脱轨器防上脱装置,包括脱轨器底座、脱轨器曲面筋板和脱轨头,脱轨器曲面筋板的上端面设有一段脱轨器导向筋板,下端面设有一段脱轨器曲面加强筋,脱轨器导向筋板与脱轨器底座插接,脱轨器曲面筋板的头端连接脱轨头,所述脱轨器曲面加强筋上连接有防上脱组件,防上脱组件包括固定支撑件、挡块和切换块,固定支撑件铰接在脱轨器曲面加强筋上,挡块与固定支撑件铰接,切换块与挡块铰接;本发明设计思路巧妙,简洁合理,实用性强,防上脱可靠系数高,效果好,主要应用在铁路线路检修安全装置技术领域。
