The life buoy has the advantages that the foam material formed by mixing and compression molding of NBR/PVC with the soft hand feeling density of 0.034 g/cm<3> is adopted, the design is reasonable, the use is safe, the effect is good, and the manufactured life buoy is light in weight, convenient to carry and capable of stably keeping a good buoyancy state in water.
