The invention discloses an antistatic and wear-resistant aircraft tire tread rubber material and a preparation method thereof. The rubber raw material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 75-90 parts of natural rubber, 10-25 parts of epoxidized natural rubber, 40-60 parts of a carbon black filler, 5-20 parts of white carbon black, 3-10 parts of graphene, 5-10 parts of a softener,2 parts of stearic acid, 1-2 parts of an anti-reversion agent, 2-3 parts of tear-resistant resin, 2-3 parts of an HS-80 heat stabilizer, 4.5 parts of an anti-aging agent, 3.75-5 parts of a vulcanizing agent and 1.5 parts of a vulcanization accelerator. A two-stage mixing method of an internal mixer is adopted for preparation, and comprises master batch mixing and final mixing. The rubber materialis simple in component, easily available in raw materials and convenient to manufacture and implement. When being used as tread rubber for aircraft tires, the rubber composition can enhance the tensile strength of the rubber material, enhance the antistatic property and wear resistance of the rubber material, enhance the safety of the tires and prolong the service life of the aircraft tires.
本发明公开了一种抗静电及耐磨的航空轮胎胎面胶料及其制备方法,所述胶料原料按重量份包括以下组分:天然橡胶75~90份,环氧化天然橡胶10~25份,炭黑填充剂40~60份,白炭黑5~20份,石墨烯3~10份,软化剂5~10份,硬脂酸2份,抗硫化返原剂1~2份,抗撕裂树脂2~3份,HS‑80热稳定剂2~3份,防老剂4.5份,硫化剂3.75~5份,硫化促进剂1.5份。制备采用密炼机二段混炼法,包括母胶混炼和终炼胶混炼。该胶料成分简单,原材料易得,便于制造实施。应用于航空轮胎作胎面胶,可提高胶料拉伸强力,增加抗其抗静电性能及耐磨性,提高轮胎安全性,延长航空轮胎本身的使用寿命。
