The invention discloses a pressing roller for a marine anchor and mooring winch. The pressing roller comprises a roller body and two side plates, the two side plates are mounted on the two sides of the roller body, a pressing plate is mounted on one side plate, a center hole is formed in the middle of the pressing plate, a plurality of mounting grooves are formed in the surface of the side plate provided with the pressing plate, electric telescopic rods are welded in the bottoms of the mounting grooves, the tops of the plurality of electric telescopic rods are connected with the pressing plate, semi-conical grooves and semi-cylindrical grooves are symmetrically formed in the opposite faces of the pressing plate and the corresponding side plate, the semi-conical grooves are connected with the semi-cylindrical grooves, a round hole is formed in the pressing plate, and the round hole is connected with the semi-cylindrical grooves formed in the pressing plate. In the above mode, the pressing roller for the marine anchor and mooring winch has the advantages that a cable can be quickly replaced, meanwhile, the joint between the cable and the roller body is prevented from protruding the roller body, and then the surface of the wound-up cable is flat.

    本发明公开了一种海工锚绞机用紧压滚筒,包括筒身和两侧板,两所述侧板安装在所述筒身两侧,其中一所述侧板上安装有压板,所述压板中间开设有中心孔,安装有所述压板的所述侧板表面开设有若干安装槽,所述安装槽底部内焊接有电动伸缩杆,若干所述电动伸缩杆顶部与所述压板相连接;所述压板与所述侧板相对面上对称的开设有半圆锥槽和半圆柱槽,所述半圆锥槽与所述半圆柱槽相连接,所述压板上开设有圆孔,所述圆孔与安装在所述压板上的所述半圆柱槽相连接。通过上述方式,本发明一种海工锚绞机用紧压滚筒,该滚筒不仅能够快速的更换线缆,同时避免线缆与筒身连接处突出筒身,使得收起后的线缆表面平整。
