The invention relates to the field of lifting equipment, and discloses a balance device for material lifting by a tower crane. The device comprises a lifting device, a limiting plate is hung on the bottom of the lifting device, the top of the limiting plate is provided with a connecting hole connecting with the lifting mechanism, and horizontal pipes are mounted on the left side and the right sideof the front face of the limiting plate.
