The invention discloses an instrument mounting plate structure of a carrier rocket. The instrument mounting plate structure comprises: an instrument cabin in the shape of a revolving body; and an instrument mounting plate arranged in the instrument cabin, wherein the periphery of the instrument mounting plate is connected with the inner wall of the instrument cabin through a corner box assembly; and the upper surface of the instrument mounting plate is provided with a plurality of instrument mounting positions for mounting instruments and equipment, and the upper surface, corresponding to theaxis of the instrument cabin, of the instrument mounting plate is provided with an embracing ring assembly for mounting an inertial measurement unit. The instrument mounting plate structure of the carrier rocket has the advantages of being open in space, easy and convenient to assemble, firm and reliable in instrument and equipment installation, good in inertial measurement unit installation position, high in precision and the like, the mounting requirements of various carrier rocket instruments and equipment are met by reasonably designing an instrument installation scheme, the system weightof the structure is reduced, and the carrying capacity is improved.
