The invention discloses a standardized modular cubesat unit and method, and belongs to the technical field of micro-nano satellites. The unit comprises a plurality of cubesat standard modules, the modules are assembled in a bidirectional direct insertion mode through a standard four-in-one connecting device, and mechanical connection, power transmission, data interaction and heat energy conductionbetween the adjacent modules are achieved. The 'female-male-female' design enables the cubesat module to be a female interface, any two modules can be assembled, and the symmetrical design layout enables the assembly direction to be flexible and diverse. The cubesat module is mechanically connected and installed in the through hole in the structural frame, the power supply, the data and the heattransfer interface are installed on the surface of the module, the internal space of the module is not occupied, a standard cubesat CSKB board is compatible, and the basic attributes of the cubesat are reserved. Reliable connection of the cubesat modules is guaranteed through a positioning pin and barb structure mechanical interface, and reliable conduction between the cubesat modules is guaranteed through a power supply, data and heat transfer interface in an elastic contact mode.

    本发明一种标准化模块化的立方星单元及方法,属于微纳卫星技术领域;包含若干立方星标准模块,模块之间通过标准四合一连接装置双向直插式组装,实现相邻模块之间的机械连接、电源传输、数据交互和热能传导。“母—公—母”设计使得立方星模块为母接口,任意两个模块之间均能够进行组装,并且对称设计布局使得组装方向灵活多样。立方星模块机械接安装于结构框架上的通孔内,电源、数据和热传接口安装于模块表面,不占用模块内部空间,兼容标准立方星CSKB板,保留立方星基本属性。定位销+倒刺结构机械接口保证立方星模块可靠连接,弹性接触方式的电源、数据和热传接口保证立方星模块之间可靠导通。
