The invention provides a heat exchange system based on hull heat dissipation, and a using method thereof. The system comprises a plurality of heat exchangers arranged in parallel, water inlets of theheat exchangers are connected to the water outlet of a main engine cylinder sleeve through heat exchange pipelines, and water outlets of the heat exchangers are connected with the water inlet of the main engine cylinder sleeve; the heat exchangers are further connected with a pump set for providing circulating kinetic energy through heat exchange pipelines; and the heat exchangers are arranged onthe inner side of the hull, and the heat exchange pipelines and the pump set are arranged in a cabin. Heat exchange with outboard seawater is completed through the heat exchangers arranged on the inner side of the hull, so a seawater cooling system does not need to be arranged in the cabin, corrosion of pipelines and equipment caused by seawater is avoided, arrangement of seawater pipelines, pumpsand valves is reduced, energy consumption required by long-term operation of the seawater pump is reduced, the maintenance cost is lower, and the ship speed is increased, energy is saved and emissionis reduced.

    本发明提供一种基于船体散热的换热系统及其使用方法,系统包括若干组并联设置的换热器,换热器的进水口通过换热管路连接于主机缸套水出口,所述换热器的出水口与所述主机缸套水入口连接;所述换热器还通过换热管路连接有提供循环动能的泵组;所述换热器设置于船壳内侧,所述换热管路及泵组设置于船舱内。本发明通过布置于船体内侧的换热器组完成与舷外海水的换热,不需要在船舱设置海水冷却系统,避免了海水造成的管路、设备腐蚀,减少了海水管路、泵、阀的布置,节省了海水泵长期运行所需能耗,维修保养成本更小,并且有利于提高航速,节能减排。
