The invention discloses an electric scooter with a height-adjustable chassis. The electric scooter comprises a handlebar, a scooter front rod, a front shaft, a left rear shaft, a right rear shaft, a scooter frame and wheels, and the left rear shaft and the right rear shaft are rotationally connected with a left rear wheel and a right rear wheel respectively; the handlebar is fixed at the upper endof the scooter front rod, the lower end of the scooter front rod is connected with the front shaft, the front shaft is rotatably connected with the front wheel, a clamping hoop is arranged at the front end of the scooter frame, and the clamping hoop is movably sleeved at one end, close to the front wheel, of the scooter front rod; and an adjustable shaft coupling is fixedly arranged below the rear end of the scooter frame, the left side and the right side of the adjustable shaft coupling are movably connected with the left rear shaft and the right rear shaft respectively, a plurality of different bins are specially arranged in the adjustable shaft coupling, and the left rear shaft and the right rear shaft are fixed or axially move or rotate around the axis through the different bins arranged in the adjustable shaft coupling respectively. The left rear shaft and the right rear shaft are rotationally adjusted through the adjustable shaft coupling, so that the height of the chassis is adjusted, and the chassis is prevented from being damaged in complex terrain driving due to the fact that the chassis is too low.
