A commercial vehicle self-adaptive driving front wheel steering transmission system comprises a steering wheel, an input shaft and a planetary bevel gear mechanism. The steering wheel is connected with one end of the input shaft, the planetary bevel gear mechanism is arranged on the input shaft, the other end of the input shaft is connected with a first-row planetary gear mechanism, the first-rowplanetary gear mechanism is connected with a second-row planetary gear mechanism, and the second-row planetary gear mechanism is connected with one end of the output shaft. A sensor is arranged on theinput shaft; a worm wheel is connected with the first row of planetary gear mechanisms and the second row of planetary gear mechanisms; a steering motor is connected with a worm; and the sensor, thesteering motor and an electric hydraulic power-assisted steering device are all connected with an ECU. When the driving front wheel steering transmission system works normally, the variable transmission ratio function is achieved, the steering sensitivity of the commercial vehicle during low-speed driving and the stability of the commercial vehicle during high-speed driving can be improved, laborcan be saved, driving fatigue of a driver can be reduced, and therefore the driving road feeling of the driver is improved.

    一种商用汽车自适应主动前轮转向传动系统,包括方向盘、输入轴与行星锥齿轮机构;方向盘与输入轴一端相连,行星锥齿轮机构设置在输入轴上,输入轴另一端与第一排行星齿轮机构,第一排行星齿轮机构与第二排行星齿轮机构相连,第二排行星齿轮机构与输出轴一端相连;输入轴上设置有传感器;蜗轮与第一排行星齿轮机构与第二排行星齿轮机构相连;转向电机与蜗杆相连;传感器、转向电机与电动液压助力转向装置均与电控单元ECU相连。本发明在主动前轮转向传动系统正常工作时具有变传动比功能,能够增加商用车在低速行驶时转向的灵敏性和商用车高速行驶时的稳定性以及可以省力、减小驾驶员的驾驶疲劳,从而改善驾驶员的驾驶路感。
