The invention discloses a maglev train and a traction control method and system thereof, and the method comprises the steps: controlling an electric change-over switch KM1 to be switched on when a traction condition of a storage battery is met, and switching off a contactor KM01 of an MC train, wherein the first end of the electric change-over switch KM1 is connected with the positive electrode ofthe storage battery, the second end of the electric change-over switch KM1 is connected with the negative electrode of the storage battery, the third end and the fourth end of the electric change-over switch KM1 are connected with the high-voltage electric appliance box, the contactor KM01 is located between the high-voltage electric appliance box and the three-position switch K1, the high-voltage electric appliance box is correspondingly connected with a traction inverter, and when the electric change-over switch KM1 is switched on and the contactor KM01 is switched off, the maglev train ispowered by the storage battery, and self-traction is achieved through the traction inverter. The maglev train has the storage battery traction function, three-rail and four-rail power supply can be avoided, low-speed short-distance self-traction is achieved, and the construction cost in a warehouse is greatly saved.
一种磁悬浮列车及其牵引控制方法、系统,在满足蓄电池牵引条件时,控制电动转换开关KM1闭合、并断开MC车的接触器KM01;其中,所述电动转换开关KM1的第一端与蓄电池正极相连,所述电动转换开关KM1的第二端与蓄电池负极相连,所述电动转换开关KM1的第三端和第四端与高压电器箱相连;所述接触器KM01位于高压电器箱与三位置开关K1之间,高压电器箱对应连接有牵引逆变器;在所述电动转换开关KM1闭合、接触器KM01断开时,所述磁悬浮列车由蓄电池供电、由所述牵引逆变器实现自牵引。本申请磁悬浮列车具备了蓄电池牵引功能,可以摆脱三四轨供电,实现低速短距离自牵引,大大节约库内建设费用。
