    本发明公开了一种商用车高散热性能气刹螺纹管,涉及到气刹管领域,包括连接块本体,所述连接块本体的一侧设有气刹管,气刹管的一侧连接有气管接头,所述气刹管外表呈螺纹状设置,连接块本体的一侧开设有凸型接槽。本发明利用气管接头、端部密封圈和侧部密封圈板的设计,将气管接头固定安装在凸型接槽内,端部密封圈和侧部密封圈板的设置,能够保证连接处的密封性,旋转固定后,防脱档杆的一侧正好位于防脱块的一侧,防止车辆在震动和气刹压力的作用下,螺纹连接松弛脱落的问题,通过设置螺纹状的气刹管,增大与空气接触面积,且设置的多个条形散热片,从而能够有效散热,从而能够保证气刹管的正常使用。
