The invention discloses a forklift hydraulic control system capable of realizing automatic driving and manual driving, and belongs to the technical field of electric forklift hydraulic systems. An oiloutlet of a pump is connected to a selection valve; a first oil path of the selection valve is connected to a multi-way valve, and a second oil path of the selection valve is connected to a priorityvalve; an oil outlet A of the priority valve is connected to a first solenoid valve and a second solenoid valve; the first solenoid valve is connected to a lifting cylinder, and the second solenoid valve is connected to a tilting cylinder; a PF opening of the priority valve is connected to a PF opening of the multi-way valve through a check valve; an LS opening of the priority valve is connected to an LS opening of the multi-way valve; the multi-way valve controls and is connected to the lifting cylinder and the tilting cylinder; and a controller is electrically connected with the pump, the selection valve, the first solenoid valve and the second solenoid valve. The hydraulic system provided by the invention can realize automatic driving control and manual driving control, and at the sametime the system can have an energy saving mode of automatic driving; and when the automatic driving fails, a manual driving mode is automatically started, so that the maintenance efficiency is improved.

    本发明公布一种可实现自动驾驶和人工驾驶的叉车液压控制系统,属于电动叉车液压系统技术领域。泵出油口连接选择阀;选择阀第一油路连接多路阀,选择阀第二油路连接优先阀;优先阀出油口A分别连接第一电磁阀、第二电磁阀;第一电磁阀连接举升缸,第二电磁阀连接倾斜缸;优先阀的PF口通过单向阀接多路阀的PF口;优先阀的LS口接多路阀的LS口;多路阀控制连接举升缸、倾斜缸;控制器与泵、选择阀、第一电磁阀、第二电磁阀电连接。本发明液压系统可以实现自动驾驶控制和人工驾驶控制,同时能具备自动驾驶的节能模式;当自动驾驶出现故障后,自动启动人工驾驶模式,提高了维修效率。
