The invention provides a crawler travel device and a crawler crane, and belongs to the technical field of cranes. The device comprises a track frame and a track link surrounding the track frame, wherein driving wheels are arranged at the two ends of the track frame, a plurality of supporting wheels are arranged at the bottom of the track frame, the driving wheels and the plurality of supporting wheels are engaged with wheel teeth of the track link, the device further comprises at least one guide wheel, the guide wheel is engaged with the wheel teeth of the track link, and the guide wheel and the supporting wheels are hinged. By hinging one guide wheel on the supporting wheels, when the supporting wheels are disengaged from the wheel teeth of the track link, the guide wheel swings downwardsdue to the gravity reason of the guide wheel and always keeps good contact with the track link, and keeps attached to the wheel teeth of the track toe, and the guide wheel plays a good guiding effect, so that the supporting wheels can well attach to the wheel teeth of the track link without the tooth gnawing phenomenon. In this way, the tooth gnawing phenomenon is avoided, and meanwhile, the abrasion of the track link can be slowed down.

    本发明提供一种履带行走装置及履带起重机,属于起重机技术领域,包括履带架和环绕所述履带架的履带板,所述履带架两端分别设有驱动轮,所述履带架底部设有多个支重轮,所述驱动轮和多个所述支重轮分别和所述履带板的轮齿卡合,还包括至少一个导向轮,所述导向轮和所述履带板的轮齿卡合,且所述导向轮和所述支重轮铰接。通过在支重轮上铰接一个导向轮,当支重轮脱离履带板轮齿时,导向轮由于自身重力原因将向下摆动,并依旧保持与履带板的良好接触,与履带板轮齿贴合;由于导向轮起到了很好的导向作用,使支重轮能很好的贴合履带板轮齿而不发生啃齿现象。这样一来,就避免了啃齿现象,同时还能减缓履带板的磨损。
