The invention relates to an automatic warehouse-in and warehouse-out system for steel plates. The automatic warehouse-in and warehouse-out system comprises a steel plate storing and shelving device, an automatic walking loading and unloading arm, an automatic positioning and recognizing device, a central control device, a wireless communication device and an information input interface. Through coordinated operation of all the devices of the system, two mutually-inverse processes are completed, steel plates with information codes in an automatic warehouse-in and warehouse-out area are automatically stored in the steel plate storage and shelving device through the automatic walking loading and unloading arm, and the warehouse-in process is completed. The warehouse-out steel plate information is input into the central control device through an information input interface by a scanning gun or in table form, the system can automatically select the required plates, the corresponding platesare conveyed to a plate trailer in the plate warehouse-in and warehouse-out area through the automatic walking loading and unloading arm, and the automatic plate warehouse-out process is completed. The system has the advantages that a large number of plate turnover and taking processes are achieved when steel plates are taken again after being stacked, manpower and electric power can be greatly saved, and the steel plate warehouse-out time is shortened.

    本发明涉及一种钢质板材自动进出库系统,包括钢质板材存放搁置装置、自动行走装卸臂、自动定位识别装置、中央控制装置组成、无线通信装置、信息输入接口;通过本系统各装置的协调运作,完成两个互逆的流程,把在自动进出库区域带有信息码的钢质板材通过自动行走装卸臂自动存放于钢质板材存放搁置装置,完成入库流程。通过扫描枪或者以表格形式将需要的板材通过信息输入接口将出库钢板信息输入中央控制装置,系统可以自动的选择需要的板材,通过自动行走装卸臂把相应的板材运送至板材进出库区域的板车上,完成板材自动出库的流程。本发明具有解决了钢板堆放好后再次取用时大量的翻板取板过程,可以大大节省人力和电力,减少钢板出库时间的优点。
