The invention provides an inverting and hoisting device for building pipelines. The device comprises a connecting rod, a conical guide head, a first limiting rod, a second limiting rod and an auxiliary sliding assembly, the conical guide head is fixedly arranged at the top end of the connecting rod, a hanging ring is fixedly arranged at the top end of the conical guide head, the first limiting rodand the second limiting rod are arranged in a V shape on a connecting plate at the tail end of the connecting rod, and the auxiliary sliding assembly is arranged on the connecting plate, and the auxiliary sliding assembly comprises a supporting column, a supporting plate, an n-shaped fixing frame and an adjusting threaded rod. In the initial stage of pipeline hoisting, friction between the bottomend of pipelines and the ground can be effectively prevented through the sliding supporting effect of rolling wheels, and then paint falling of the pipelines is avoided; by means of the guiding effect of the conical guide head, butt joint of the pipelines can be smoothly achieved, and then the pipeline installation efficiency can be improved; and after the pipelines are butted and fixed, the hoisting device can be smoothly separated from the pipelines under the action of gravity, so that the hoisting process is convenient and quick to implement.

    本发明给出了一种建筑管道倒装起吊装置,包括连接杆、锥形导向头、第一限位杆、第二限位杆和辅助滑行组件,锥形导向头固定设置在连接杆的顶端,在锥形导向头的顶端固定设置一挂环,第一限位杆和第二限位杆呈V形状设置在连接杆的末端的连接板上,辅助滑行组件设置在连接板上,辅助滑行组件包括支撑柱,支撑板、∩形固定架和调节螺纹杆。在管道起吊初期,利用滚轮的滑动支撑作用,可有效防止管道底端与地面的摩擦,继而避免管道掉漆;利用锥形导向头的导向作用,可顺利实现管道的对接,继而利于提高管道安装效率;当管道对接固定好后,本起吊装置在重力的作用下便可顺利与管道脱离,继而使得吊装过程方便快捷。
