The invention discloses rotary hoisting equipment for wind power blades. The equipment comprises a speed reducer, a motor and a rubber-coated hanging belt, wherein the motor is connected to one side of the speed reducer, the output end of the speed reducer is connected with a driving wheel, the top end of the speed reducer is fixedly connected with a lifting lug, the lower end of the speed reduceris fixedly connected with a machine frame, the machine frame is rotatably connected with a driven shaft, one end of the driven shaft is fixedly connected with a driven wheel, the driving wheel is connected with the driven wheel through a belt, and the driven shaft is sleeved with the rubber-coated hanging belt. Blade tip parts of wind power blades are hoisted and rotated through the rubber-coatedhanging belt, so that soft contact between the blade tips of the wind power blades and the hanging belt is realized, and the blades are effectively prevented from being stuck.

    本发明公开了一种用于风电叶片的旋转吊装设备,包括减速机、电机、包胶吊带,所述电机连接于所述减速机一侧,该减速机输出端连接有主动轮,所述减速机顶端固定连接有吊耳、下端固定连接有机架,所述机架上转动连接有从动轴,该从动轴一端固定连接有从动轮,所述主动轮通过皮带与所述从动轮连接,所述从动轴上套设有包胶吊带。本发明通过设置包胶吊带吊装旋转风电叶片叶尖部位,使得风电叶片叶尖与吊带之间实现软接触,有效避免了叶片被卡伤。
