The invention discloses a steering engine for a wave energy autonomous glider. An underwater driving unit keel of the glider is provided with the steering engine, and the steering engine comprises a steering engine main body, a rudder shaft, a rudder plate and a transmission mechanism. A motor is arranged in the steering engine main body; a motor shaft is connected with the rudder shaft through the transmission mechanism; and the rudder shaft is connected with the rudder plate. The transmission mechanism comprises a connecting body, a rack, a gear and a key. The transmission mechanism and themotor shaft are in clamping self-adaptive connection, linear telescopic motion of the output shaft of the motor is converted into circular motion and the rudder shaft is driven to drive the rudder plate. In the clamping self-adaptive connection mode, the connecting body is fixed with the output shaft of the motor and then is clamped into the clamping part of the rack; the motor shaft automaticallyfinds the position, the connecting body and the rack reserve an extremely small transmission gap, the structure and installation do not form assembly stress or cause clamping stagnation, extra load and extra energy consumption of the motor are avoided, high reliability and high output torque of the steering engine are guaranteed, and the steering engine can adapt to continuous long-term long-distance service.

    本发明公开了一种波浪能自主滑翔器用舵机,其中滑翔器的水下驱动单元龙骨上安装有舵机,舵机包括舵机主体、舵轴、舵板以及传动机构。舵机主体内具备电机,电机轴通过传动机构连接舵轴;舵轴连接舵板。传动机构包括连接体、齿条、齿轮以及键。传动机构与电机轴之间实现卡入式自适应连接,用于将电机输出轴的直线伸缩运动转换为圆周运动,并带动舵轴驱动舵板。卡入式自适应连接方式中连接体与电机输出轴固定后卡入齿条的卡接部,电机轴自动找位,连接体和齿条保留极小的传动间隙,这种结构和安装不会形成装配应力和出现卡滞,避免电机额外负载和能源额外消耗,保证了舵机的高可靠性、高输出扭矩,能够适应连续长期远距离服役。
