The invention relates to a novel carbon fiber material fender and flagpole fixing structure. The main body laying structure of the carbon fiber fender is designed on the premise of isotropy, 10 layersof twill prepregs are adopted for laying, flagpole fixing points are locally thickened and enhanced, 20 layers of twill prepregs are adopted for laying, and meanwhile a plurality of fixing supports are bonded to fix installed parts. The invention provides the application of the brand-new material carbon fiber in research and development of products which cannot meet fender process forming and arehigh in local fixing point strength in a traditional process, the modeling freedom degree can be met to the maximum extent, the weight of the fender is reduced by about 45%, and meanwhile, the part quality and the charm point of a high-end passenger car are improved. In addition, the flagpole fixing scheme is adopted for the first time in research and development of domestic autonomous passengervehicles.

    本发明涉及一种新型碳纤维材料翼子板及旗杆固定结构,碳纤维翼子板的主体铺层结构基于各项同性的前提下进行设计,采用10层斜纹预浸料进行铺覆,旗杆固定点进行局部加厚增强,采用20层斜纹预浸料进行铺覆,同时粘接若干固定支架对在其安装零件进行固定。本发明提出一种全新材质碳纤维在传统工艺无法满足翼子板工艺成型和局部固定点强度较大的产品研发中的应用,可以最大程度的满足造型自由度,实现翼子板降重45%左右,同时提升高端乘用车的零件品质和魅点。另外,本发明所涉及的旗杆固定方案也是国内自主乘用车研发中首次采用。
