The invention discloses an explosion-proof automobile energy efficiency management method and system. The method comprises the steps that a BMS management system obtains parameter values of a batteryand uploads the parameter values to a whole automobile controller through a CAN network; a plurality of parameter thresholds are preset by the vehicle control unit, and the parameter values are compared with the plurality of parameter thresholds to obtain a limited power level; the vehicle control unit executes a corresponding power limiting working mode according to the power limiting level, andsends a power limiting instruction to the motor controller according to the power limiting mode; and the motor controller controls the motor to execute and/or turn off the auxiliary electric appliancein a corresponding power limiting mode according to the power limiting instruction. The plurality of parameter thresholds are set through the vehicle control unit and compared with parameter values to obtain the output power limiting instruction to the motor controller; the motor controller controls the motor to execute in the corresponding power limiting mode, battery energy is prevented from being consumed too fast to enable the automobile to run more durably, and safety accidents of the automobile caused by full-power running of the automobile all the time are prevented to improve safety of the automobile.

    本发明公开了一种防爆汽车能效管理方法及系统,方法包括:BMS管理系统获取电池的参数值并通过CAN网络上传至整车控制器;整车控制器预设若干个参数阈值,将参数值与若干参数阈值比较以获得限功率等级;整车控制器根据限功率等级执行对应的限功率工作模式,并根据限功率模式发送限功率指令至电机控制器;电机控制器根据限功率指令控制电机以对应的限功率模式执行和/或关闭辅助电器。通过整车控制器设置若干参数阈值并与参数值比较得到输出限功率指令至电机控制器,电机控制器控制电机以对应的限功率模式执行,一方面防止过快损耗电池能量,使汽车运行更加持久,另一方面防止汽车一直以全功率运行导致汽车出现安全事故,以提高汽车的安全性。
