The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted charging and power distribution assembly, which comprises a high-voltage power distribution module and a vehicle-mounted charger module, and further comprisesa shell and an electric lead. The shell is provided with a first accommodating cavity for accommodating the high-voltage power distribution module and a second accommodating cavity for accommodatingthe vehicle-mounted charger module; and the electric lead is positioned in the shell and is connected with the high-voltage power distribution module and the vehicle-mounted charger module. The vehicle-mounted charger module and the high-voltage power distribution module are integrated in one shell, the number of the shells is reduced, the vehicle-mounted charger module and the high-voltage powerdistribution module are directly connected in the shells through the electric lead, and connectors on the shell are reduced, so that the use of parts is reduced, the weight of the vehicle-mounted charging and power distribution assembly is reduced, and the weight of the whole vehicle is reduced. The invention further discloses an electric vehicle with the vehicle-mounted charging and power distribution assembly.
