The invention discloses an interactive simulation charging test system and a test method. The interactive simulation charging test system comprises a CAN communication module, a CAN message single-step sending module, a one-key charging control module, an information display module and a fault simulation and feedback module. Based on the standard of GB/T 27930-2015, communication connection with aBMS to be tested is established through a CAN bus. The CAN message single-step sending module or the one-key charging control module is controlled to simulate the charging process, charging simulation data and feedback data are synchronously interacted with the BMS, and information is displayed in real time, so that the whole charging process and a fault feedback mechanism of the BMS are monitored, and whether the charging function of the BMS meets the test requirement or not is judged. Real-time detection of the charging function of the BMS is realized, a stable automatic simulation chargingdevice solution is provided for the BMS, a hardware charger entity is not needed, the test efficiency is improved, the test cost is reduced, and safety, economy and reliability are achieved.

    本发明的一种交互式模拟充电测试系统及测试方法,包括由CAN通信模块,CAN报文单步发送模块,一键充电控制模块,信息显示模块,故障模拟及反馈模块构成。本发明依据GB/T 27930‑2015标准,通过CAN总线与待测BMS建立通信连接,控制CAN报文单步发送模块或一键充电控制模块模拟充电过程,与BMS同步交互充电模拟数据和反馈数据,并进行信息实时显示,从而监测BMS的整个充电流程和故障反馈机制,判定BMS的充电功能是否符合测试要求。本发明不仅实现了BMS的充电功能的实时检测,并为BMS提供了一种稳定的自动化模拟充电装置解决方案,无需硬件充电机实物,提高了测试效率,降低了测试成本,具备安全性、经济性及可靠性。
