The invention discloses a battery maintenance-free system of a pure electric vehicle. The system comprises a photovoltaic power generation system assembly installed on a vehicle roof and used for generating electric energy. The photovoltaic power generation system assembly monitors a state of a low-voltage storage battery through a main control module and obtains state information of a high-voltage battery through CAN communication, and a MOS pipe is controlled to automatically start charging of the high-voltage battery and the low-voltage battery through a main control module according to detection information so as to reduce maintenance of a user, and increase an endurance mileage. By adopting the battery maintenance-free system of the pure electric car, problems of battery maintenance and relay working are avoided to the greatest extent and effects that 1, on-off control power consumption is lower; 2, there is no spark arc when the circuit is controlled to be switched on and off; 3,there is no noise when the circuit is controlled to be switched on and off; 4, there is no jittering phenomenon when the circuit is controlled to be switched on and off; and 5, the endurance mileageis effectively increased are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种纯电动汽车电池免维护系统,包括安装在车顶用于产生电能的光伏发电系统组件,所述光伏发电系统组件通过主控模块对低压蓄电池状态进行监控以及通过CAN通讯获取高压电池状态信息,并根据检测信息由主控模块控制MOS管自动启动高低压电池充电,减少用户维护,增加续航里程。采用本发明创造的一种纯电动客车电池免维护系统,最大限度避免电池维护及继电器工作时的问题:1、控制通断功耗更低;2、控制电路通断时无火花电弧产生;3、控制电路通断时无噪音产生;4、控制线路通断时无抖动现象;5、有效的增续航里程。
