The invention discloses an electric vehicle intelligent access control method based on machine learning. The method comprises the steps of 1, describing an access control process of a randomly arrivedelectric vehicle charging service request as an event-driven decision-making process; 2, taking the peak regulation electricity price of a power grid and the online service state of a charging pile as the joint state of a charging station service system; 3, taking a service request provided when the electric vehicle arrives at the charging station as an event, and when one event occurs, selectingwhether to access the arrived electric vehicle to the charging station and provide a charging service as a system action or not according to the joint state of the charging station service system; and 4, performing online optimization on an electric vehicle intelligent access service system by adopting a Q learning machine learning algorithm. According to the invention, effective electric vehicleintelligent access control can be performed on the charging station service system considering the peak regulation electricity price of the power grid, thereby being capable of improving the operation economy of the charging station, and adapting to peak regulation requirements of the power grid.

    本发明公开了一种基于机器学习的电动车智能接入控制方法,包括:1把随机到达的电动车充电服务请求的接入控制过程描述为事件驱动决策过程;2将电网调峰电价和充电桩在线服务状态作为充电场站服务系统联合状态;3将电动车到达充电场站提出服务请求作为事件,一个事件发生时,根据充电场站服务系统联合状态,选择是否把到达的电动车接入充电场站提供充电服务作为系统行动;4采用Q学习机器学习算法对电动车智能接入服务系统进行在线优化。本发明能够对考虑电网调峰电价的充电场站服务系统进行有效的电动车智能接入控制,从而能提高充电场站的运行经济性,并自适应电网调峰需求。
