The invention relates to a jacking construction method for welding a large-span spherical cylindrical reticulated shell. The method is characterized in that the reticulated shell is assembled from oneend support of the cylindrical reticulated shell one by one grid along the radian of the cylindrical reticulated shell, a temporary support needs to be added along with the increase of the arc lengthin the assembly process so as to continue the assembly, in order to reduce the change frequency of the positions of the temporary support, jacking frames are used for gradually lifting the height ofan assembly node so as to meet the continuous assembly of the reticulated shell, and due to the limitation of the overhanging length of the assembled end of the reticulated shell, the jacking frames need to move in the assembling direction. In order to ensure the safety of the jacking process and the overall size of the reticulated shell, a tensioning steel wire rope is adopted for horizontal displacement control in the continuous assembling process of the reticulated shell. A space structure is placed on the ground for construction, and the design size, the construction speed, the construction quality and the safety risk can be reliably controlled.

    一种大跨度焊接球柱面网壳顶升施工方法,其特征是从柱面网壳的一端支座开始,沿着柱面网壳的弧度,逐个网格进行网壳拼装,随着拼装过程中弧长的增长,需要增加临时支撑才能继续拼装,为了减少临时支撑点位的变动次数,我们利用顶升架逐渐提升拼装节点的高度,来满足网壳的延续拼装,由于拼装端网壳悬挑长度的限制,顶升架需要跟着往拼装方向移动。为了保证顶升过程的安全及网壳的整体尺寸,在网壳的延续拼装过程中采用张紧钢丝绳进行水平位移控制。本发明把空间结构放在地面施工,对设计尺寸,施工速度,施工质量,安全风险均能得到可靠的控制。
