The invention discloses a general maneuvering near space aerostat flying recovery system and a method. The system comprises a traction main control vehicle, a follow-up buffer vehicle and a synchronous mooring vehicle; the traction main control vehicle is used for being connected with the head of an aerostat in a traction mode; the aerostat is connected with a first winch through a restraining rope arranged on the head; a rope cutting machine I is used for cutting the restraining rope after the aerostat arrives at a specified position; the follow-up buffer vehicle is used for dragging the aerostat, the synchronous mooring vehicle is used for being connected with the side portion of the aerostat in a traction mode, and the aerostat is connected with a second winch through restraint ropes arranged on the two sides; a second rope cutting machine is used for cutting the constraint ropes after the airship reaches a designated position. By study on the general maneuvering near space aerostatflying recovery system, the requirement for returning an aerostat platform to an initial site is lowered, and therefore the repeated utilization rate of the aerostat platform is increased.

    本发明公开的一种通用型机动式临近空间浮空器放飞回收系统及方法,包括牵引主控车、随动缓冲车、同步系留车;牵引主控车用于牵引连接浮空器头部,浮空器通过头部设置的约束绳索与卷扬机一连接;绳索切割机一用于飞艇到达指定位置后对约束绳索执行切割操作;随动缓冲车用于拖载浮空器,同步系留车用于牵引连接浮空器侧部,浮空器通过两侧设置的约束绳索与卷扬机二连接;绳索切割机二用于飞艇到达指定位置后对约束绳索执行切割操作。本发明通过研究通用型临近空间飞艇放飞回收系统,对降低对飞艇平台返回本场要求,以此挺高飞艇平台的重复使用率。
