The invention relates to a railway water adding and blowdown system which is composed of an automatic unpowered water adding system and a semi-automatic blowdown system. Time waste is caused by manualwater adding, electricity is needed by artificial intelligence, through mechanical inertia, a vehicle bottom water inlet is adopted, a connector entering a two-way butt joint clamping plate on a ground rail, springs on the two sides are pressed downwards, sealing is conducted through springback of the springs, a lever connected to the bottom is pressed downwards, two water valves are opened at the same time for water injection, a water tank is filled with air holes for sealing, and water adding is stopped through pressure of a pipe body. In manual sewage pumping, time-consuming and labor-consuming drawing are caused, sewage draining exit passing through vehicle bottom, entering an interface in a two-way butt joint clamping plate on the ground rail; two springs on a first layer are presseddownwards; then a second layer is pressed downwards, a first layer rebound spring is used for sealing, then a second layer rebound spring is used for sealing, a sewage storage tank is pressurized, apressure control valve is jacked up through pressure to discharge sewage, or an electric pump is used for pumping sewage, and an electromagnetic valve and an electric valve are used in cooperation forsewage pumping and automatic short circuit of a two-way two-position butt joint opening of train departure.
