The invention discloses a vehicle integrated brake-by-wire system and a control method. The vehicle integrated brake-by-wire system comprises braking wheel disc hydraulic cylinders, a braking wheel disc motor, a hydraulic pressure storage tank, a proportional valve, an oil pump, a braking main cylinder, a braking lead screw, an assisting motor, a braking connecting shaft cavity, a braking push rod, a braking pedal, an electromagnetic valve and a microcontroller; an oil inlet of the oil pump is communicated with a rodless cavity of the braking main cylinder, and the proportional valve is arranged on a communicating pipeline; an oil outlet of the braking main cylinder is connected with braking wheel disc hydraulic cylinders of the four wheels through pipelines; a piston rod of the braking main cylinder is connected with one end of the braking lead screw, the other end of the braking lead screw is connected with one end of the braking push rod through the brake connecting shaft cavity, and the other end of the braking push rod is connected with the braking pedal; and a nut is arranged on the braking screw rod and is connected with the assisting motor. The vehicle integrated brake-by-wire system is simple in structure, low in cost, high in reliability and convenient to operate; according to the invention, the occurrence of a locking condition can be effectively avoided, and the stability of vehicle braking is improved.

    本发明公开了一种车用一体化线控制动系统与控制方法,制动系统包括制动轮盘液压缸、制动轮盘电机、液压储压罐、比例阀、油泵、制动主缸、制动丝杠、助力电机、制动连轴腔、制动推杆、制动踏板、电磁阀及微控制器,所述的油泵的进油口与制动主缸的无杆腔连通,连通的管道上设有比例阀;制动主缸的出油口通过管道与四个车轮的制动轮盘液压缸连接;制动主缸的活塞杆与制动丝杆的一端连接,制动丝杆的另一端通过制动连轴腔与制动推杆的一端连接,制动推杆的另一端与制动踏板连接;制动丝杆上设有螺母,螺母与助力电机连接。本发明结构简单,成本低,可靠性高而且操作方便;本发明可以有效的避免抱死情况的发生,提高了车辆制动的稳定性。
