The invention belongs to the technical field of charging, and especially discloses a dustproof and rainproof charging pile structure which comprises a shell; a groove is formed in the top of one sideof the shell; a guide wheel is mounted on the inner wall of the shell; a through hole is formed in the side wall of the groove; a first sliding pipe is vertically mounted on the bottom surface of theinterior of the shell; a first spring is vertically welded to the bottom face in the first sliding pipe; a first sliding rod is vertically inserted into the first sliding pipe; the top end of the first spring is welded to the bottom end of the first sliding rod; a gear is mounted at the top end of the first sliding rod; the bottom of the gear is meshed with a rack; when the dustproof and rainproofcharging pile is used for charging, only a charging head needs to be pulled out; the gear is driven by the rack to move upwards, the charging head has enough distance to be connected with a charginginterface, after charging is completed, the charging head is pulled out, and under the action of the first spring, the gear stretches the rack downwards until the charging head returns to the interiorof the groove again, so that the charging head is prevented from being exposed to the outside and corroded by dust and rainwater.
