The invention discloses a new energy braking energy recovery control system and a method, belongs to the technical field of automobiles, and aims at solving the problem that according to an existing common braking energy recovery control method, the braking performance of a whole vehicle is fixed after leaving a factory. The new energy braking energy recovery control method comprises following steps: firstly, whether energy recovery can be performed is judged according to power battery SOC; judging an energy recovery mode according to vehicle speed, accelerator pedal and brake pedal depth is carried out; a braking energy recovery torque limit value is firstly calculated by a whole vehicle controler, the motor braking intervention proportion set by a driver is obtained, an initial value ofbraking torque is obtained by looking up a table, final braking torque is obtained after the numerical values are integrated, a motor controller is used for controlling a motor to achieve the brakingtorque, and a current output torque is fed back to the whole vehicle controller in real time.

    本发明公开了一种新能源制动能量回收控制系统及方法,属于汽车技术领域,针对目前的常见的制动能量回收控制方法整车出厂后车的制动性能固定不变的问题,本发明提出了一种新能源制动能量回收控制方法,首先根据动力电池SOC判断其是否能够进行能量回收,然后根据车速、加速踏板和制动踏板深度判断能量回收模式,整车控制器先计算出制动能量回收扭矩限值,获取驾驶员设定得到电机制动介入比例,通过查表获得制动力矩初值,将以上数值综合后获得最终的制动扭矩,电机控制器控制电机实现这一制动扭矩,并将当前输出扭矩实时反馈给整车控制器。
