The invention provides a tire bionic design method which mainly comprises the following steps: step 1, testing dynamic grounding characteristics of cat claws in a movement process of a cat by utilizing a mode of combining a Walkway pressure distribution test system and an OLYMPUS high-speed camera, and analyzing and selecting a bionic object according to the grounding characteristics; step 2, adopting a VIVID 910 type 3D laser scanner for scanning the cat claw to acquire a geometric profile drawing of the bottom face of the cat claw and using software Imageware, Excel and Matlab for processing the obtained graphic data; step 3, based on the geometrical shape of the bionic object, performing bionic design on the crown of the bionic target tire; and step 4, carrying out simulation analysison the bionic design tire by utilizing a finite element method, and analyzing the performance of the bionic design tire. The design method is simple and efficient, the comprehensive performance of tires can be improved, and a brand-new design and research means is provided for crown design of the tires.

    本发明提出了一种轮胎仿生设计方法,主要包括:步骤1,利用Walkway压力分布测试系统及OLYMPUS高速相机相结合的方式,测试猫在运动过程中猫爪的动态接地特性,根据接地特性分析,选择仿生对象;步骤2,采用VIVID 910型3D激光扫描仪对猫爪进行扫描,获取猫爪底面几何外形图,利用软件Imageware、Excel和Matlab对所获图形数据进行处理;步骤3,基于仿生对象几何形状,对仿生目标轮胎胎冠进行仿生设计;步骤4,利用有限元法对仿生设计轮胎进行仿真分析,分析仿生设计轮胎的性能。该设计方法简单高效,能够提高轮胎的综合性能,为轮胎的胎冠设计提供了全新设计和研究手段。
