The invention discloses a steel rail surface damage magnetic flux leakage detection device and method. The device comprises a U-shaped magnet yoke, magneto-dependent sensors, a conditioning circuit, and an acquisition circuit; the main magneto-dependent sensor is installed below the center of the magnet yoke, and the auxiliary magneto-dependent sensors are installed at two sides of the main magneto-dependent sensor; during detection, a magnetic flux leakage detection probe is used for converting steel rail surface damage magnetic flux leakage signals into analog voltage signals; the signals are converted into digital signals through the conditioning circuit and the acquisition circuit, then the digital signals are processed, and finally whether there is surface damage is judged according to the magnitude relation of the output signals of the main magneto-dependent sensor and the auxiliary magneto-dependent sensor. The device and method can inhibit influence of lift-off interference, effectively detect the surface damage, and be suitable for the magnetic flux leakage inspection of the surface damage of the steel rail.
本发明公开了一种钢轨表面伤损漏磁检测装置及方法,包括U形磁轭、磁敏传感器、调理电路和采集电路,主磁敏传感器安装在磁轭下方正中处,辅助磁敏传感器安装在主磁敏传感器两侧;检测时首先采用漏磁检测探头将钢轨表面伤损漏磁信号转换为模拟电压信号,然后通过调理电路和采集电路转换为数字信号,再对数字信号进行处理,最后根据主磁敏传感器和辅助磁敏传感器输出信号的大小关系判断是否存在表面伤损。本发明能够抑制提离干扰的影响,有效检出表面伤损,适用于钢轨表面伤损的漏磁巡检。
