The invention provides a polyurethane composite material for heat insulation and noise reduction of automobile engine compartments, and relates to the technical field of high polymer materials. A preparation method comprises following steps: modifying basalt fiber; adding modified basalt fiber into N, N-dimethylformamide; carrying out ultrasonic oscillation for 10 to 20 minutes; adding diphenylmethane diisocyanate, modified chitosan, dibutyltin dilaurate and a polyether polyol; raising the temperature to 60 to 70 DEG C and mechanically stirring for 1 to 3h to obtain a polyurethane prepolymer;adding 1, 4-butanediol and triethanolamine into the polyurethane prepolymer for 2-5h of reaction, pouring an obtained product into a polytetrafluoroethylene mold and curing for 3 to 5 days at room temperature, heating to 45 to 50 DEG C for 2 to 3h of curing, and heating to evaporating a solvent to obtain the polyurethane composite material. The polyurethane composite material disclosed by the invention has good heat insulation and sound insulation properties and excellent mechanical properties, and can be used for heat insulation and noise reduction of automobile engine compartments.

    本发明提供一种用于汽车发动机舱隔热减噪的聚氨酯复合材料,涉及高分子材料技术领域,其制备方法为:改性玄武岩纤维;改性玄武岩纤维加入到N,N‑二甲基乙酰胺中超声震荡10‑20min后,再将二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯、改性壳聚糖、二月桂酸二丁基锡、聚醚多元醇加入,升温至60‑70℃机械搅拌1‑3h得到聚氨酯预聚物,再向该预聚体中加入1,4‑丁二醇、三乙醇胺,继续反应2‑5h,将所得产物倒入聚四氟乙烯的模具中在室温下固化3‑5d,再升温至45‑50℃固化2‑3d,升温蒸干溶剂后即可得到所述聚氨酯复合材料,本发明聚氨酯复合材料具有良好的隔热、隔音性能,而且力学性能优异,可以用于汽车发动机舱的隔热降噪。
