The invention relates to equipment for mounting and handling modularized platform doors of subways. The equipment comprises a tray rack, two groups of handling execution mechanisms which are arrangedon the tray rack, a power source which is used for providing power for the handling execution mechanisms, and a control system which is used for controlling the handling execution mechanisms, whereinthe handling execution mechanisms respectively comprise a position regulation assembly and tongs which are connected with the position regulation assembly; and the tongs of two groups of handling execution mechanisms are arranged relatively. The equipment is capable of entirely handling modularized platform gates which are 1.5 tons to appointed positions so as to greatly reduce the workload of mounting at the construction sites, shortening the construction time of the sites and accelerating the construction process of the subway platforms, has a favorable application prospect, has own power, and is small in structure, large in handling ability and convenient to operate.

    本发明涉及一种地铁模块化站台门安装搬运设备,包括托盘架、设置在所述的托盘架上的搬运执行机构、为所述的搬运执行机构提供动力的动力源、对所述的搬运执行机构进行控制的控制系统,所述的搬运执行机构包括位置调节组件、连接在所述的位置调节组件上的抓手,所述的搬运执行机构设置有两组,两组所述的搬运执行机构的抓手相对设置。本发明可以将重1.5吨的模块化站台门整体搬运到指定位置,大大降低施工现场安装的工作量,缩短现场的施工时间,加快了地铁站台的建设工程进度,具有良好的应用前景;自带动力,结构小巧,搬运能力大,操作方便。
