The invention discloses a cross-shaped four-rope traction hoisting weight swinging reduction system, and relates to the technical field of hoisting equipment for a ship, in particular relates to a hoisting weight swinging reduction system of a cross-shaped four-rope traction hoisting machine. The cross-shaped four-rope traction hoisting weight swinging reduction system comprises a crane seat and aswinging reduction system; outward stretching rods are symmetrically hinged to the two sides of a hoisting arm and are in driving rigid connection with a hydraulic cylinder on the hoisting arm; one end of a swinging reduction rope I is connected with a motor in a crane base, and the other end of the swinging reduction rope I is connected with the front end of a swinging reduction ring type lifting hook; one end of a swinging reduction rope III is connected with the motor in the crane base, the other end of the swinging reduction rope III is connected to the rear side of the swinging reductionring type lifting hook, and symmetrical relation is formed between the swinging reduction rope III and the swinging reduction rope I the front end of the swinging reduction ring type lifting hook; one end of a swinging reduction rope II and one end of a swinging reduction rope IV are connected with the two sides, in the horizontal direction, of the swinging reduction ring type lifting hook correspondingly, and the other end of the swinging reduction rope II and the other end of the swinging reduction rope IV are connected with the outward stretching rods on the two sides of the hoisting arm correspondingly; and an angle sensor is installed on the hoisting arm, the angle sensor and a main lifting rope form a stable force bearing structure in space together, and accordingly, the simplifiedeffect is achieved.

    本发明十字型四绳牵引吊重减摆系统,涉及船用吊装设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种十字型四绳牵引吊装机械的吊重减摆系统。本发明包括:起重机机座和减摆系统外伸杆对称铰接于吊臂的两侧,并与装于吊臂上的液压缸驱动刚性连接;减摇锁Ⅰ的一端与起重机底座内的电机相连接,另一端与带减摇环吊钩的前端相连接;减摇索Ⅲ的一端与起重机底座内的电机相连接,另一端连接在带减摇环吊钩的后侧,与带减摇环吊钩前侧连接的减摇锁Ⅰ形成对称关系;减摇索Ⅱ和减摇索Ⅳ的一端分别与带减摇环吊钩水平方向的两侧相连接;另一端分别与吊臂两侧的外伸杆相连接;角度传感器装于吊臂上,与主吊索一起在空间上形成一个稳定的受力结构,从而达到简要的效果。
