The invention relates to a skip blocking device monitoring system. The skip blocking device monitoring system comprises a skip bucket box and two locking devices which are symmetrically arranged at the lower end part of the skip bucket box, wherein the locking devices comprise hooking plates arranged with hooks at the end parts, fixing wheels and unloading guide wheels, wherein the fixing wheels and the unloading guide wheels are installed on the hooking plates, the hooking plates are clamped in fixing grooves in a bucket box frame, a monitoring device corresponding to a locking device is arranged on two first cross beams which are symmetrically arranged in a mine frame, a position sensor is arranged on second cross beams at the two sides of the mine frame, the monitoring device comprisesa fixing box, and a first groove, a second groove and a third groove are formed in the fixing box, wherein the first groove and the second groove are formed on the two sides of the first groove, an industrial camera is installed in the first groove, a first sensor is installed in the second groove, the second sensor is installed in the third groove, the position sensor, the industrial camera, thefirst sensor and the second sensor are in communication connection with an industrial personal computer, and the industrial personal computer is in communication connection with an acousto-optic alarmdevice and a lifting circuit of the skip bucket box.
