The invention belongs to the technical field of flapping-wing air vehicle driving mechanisms and in particular relates to a combined flapping wing driving mechanism. The mechanism comprises a planetary gear train and a swing rod driving mechanism, wherein the planetary gear train comprises a planetary gear, a first sun gear, a second sun gear and a tie bar; the planetary gear is externally meshedwith the first sun gear, the planetary gear is internally meshed with the second sun gear, the first sun gear is driven by the motor to rotate, one end of the tie bar is coaxially and fixedly connected with the planetary gear, and the pressure angles of the planetary gear, the first sun gear and the second sun pgear are unequal; a left swing rod and a right swing rod which are in bilateral symmetry are arranged at the output end of the swing rod driving mechanism; the left swing rod and the right swing rod are both arranged in an up-down swing mode, and the other end of the tie bar is coaxially and fixedly connected with the input end of the swing rod driving mechanism and used for driving the left swing rod and the right swing rod to swing up and down synchronously.
