The invention discloses an aircraft differential rudder servo actuating device, and belongs to the field of servo steering engine control. The device comprises resistance rudders, transmission assemblies, resistance direction steering engines, a steering engine controller and an aircraft management computer, wherein the resistance rudders are symmetrically arranged on wings on the two sides of anaircraft, and the wing at each side is provided with two resistance rudders which are arranged in parallel; the transmission assemblies are arranged corresponding to the resistance rudders respectively, and the resistance direction steering engines are arranged corresponding to the transmission assemblies respectively; the transmission assembly comprises a coupler and a lining, the coupler and thelining are mutually fixed by adopting key connection, the lining is fixedly connected with a control surface rotating shaft of the corresponding resistance rudder through a flange, and the steering engine end of the coupler is coaxially connected with the corresponding resistance direction steering engine. The device adopts differential rudder layout and is suitable for a light and thin airfoil aircraft. The device adopts the coaxial transmission assemblies for actuation control, the transmission mechanism is simplified, and precise transmission is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种飞机差动式方向舵伺服作动装置,属于伺服舵机控制领域。包括阻力方向舵、传动组件、阻力方向舵机、舵机控制器和飞行器管理计算机,所述阻力方向舵在对称布置在飞机的两侧机翼上,每侧机翼上均设有并列排布的两个阻力方向舵;所述传动组件分别对应每个阻力方向舵设置,所述阻力方向舵机分别对应每个传动组件设置;所述传动组件包括联轴器和衬套,所述联轴器与衬套采用键连接相互固定,所述衬套与相应的阻力方向舵的舵面转轴采用法兰固定连接,联轴器的舵机端与相应的阻力方向舵机同轴连接。本发明采用差动式方向舵布局,适用于轻薄翼型飞机,且本装置采用同轴传动组件进行作动控制,简化了传动机构,实现了精密传动。
